Frequently Asked Questions

Please contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.

What areas do you serve?

CDR provides collection services in the Pacific Northwest region.

Current states served:

  • Washington
  • Oregon
  • Idaho

How does CDR handle disputed debts?

CDR works with both the debtor and the client to find a resolution. We follow all legal procedures and regulations when handling a case. We prioritize ethical and legal practices in our collections process; working with, not against the debtors to get you paid.

What makes CDR different from other agencies?

CDR takes a personalized approach to debt collection, providing tailored solutions for each client's unique needs. We work with a national network of affiliate attorneys, paralegals, process servers and private instigators. Our in-house debt collectors utilize credentialed and secured computerized databases like LexisNexis®, which give us an edge by providing one of the most extensive background screening and debt recovery services available.

What fees does CDR charge for its services?

CDR has no upfront cost. CDR charges a percentage of the amount collected as its fee. The exact percentage may vary depending on the type and amount of debt being collected. No recovery, no fee.

How long before I get paid?

CDR has an incredibly fast remittance cycle. Clients can see payment as early as 14 days after we take possession. Because of the wide array of debt sizes, types, and the debtors themselves, full debt collection can vary on a case-to-case basis. An agent will walk you through your case status and you will always have 24/7 access to your secured portal for live updates on your case.
